Please contact us quoting your order number, no later than 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. Please note all items must be returned to our warehouse including the original packaging. Provided the item is in saleable condition, we will refund or credit the amount against a future purchase.

This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.

Please note that Made to Order furniture, special orders or items that have been assembled items, can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for any, and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish, providing you act within 2 working days of placing your order with us. Please include your order number in the email. Please email gallery@bandaproperty.com
