We have 2 shipping partners we use to ship within the UK. For smaller and boxable items, we will use DHL with a fixed rate of £15.00 per order. For larger items that require specific shipping requirements will be charged at £95.00.

REST OF WORLD

For all international deliveries, please use the enquire now form on the product page to enquire about a delivery quote. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the delivery estimate. Shipping internationally may incur additional charges, such as import duties, please note the cost given at point of purchase is an estimate only. We also advise all international customers get in touch with their local authorities in case of specific import duties.

Please be aware that our products are antiques and will show signs of wear and tear. We kindly ask you to bear this in mind when placing an order. Please check your items within 3 days of the date of delivery and inform us immediately of any damage in transit or defect.

Our current lead times are 21 working days from placing an order within the UK. ROW will depend on circumstances. If you have still not received your order or received tracking information within 25 working days, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our team at gallery@bandaproperty.com including your order number. We try our best to reply to all enquiries within 48 hours.

Festive collection: 

Kindly be aware that we do not accept returns.

All orders relating to our festive collection will be shipped within two days and are thoughtfully curated to make perfect gifts. Each item will be beautifully wrapped in brown paper, tied with an elegant burgundy velvet ribbon, and accompanied by a thoughtfully designed “With Thanks” card from our gallery.
