The stool is made from marine-grade stainless steel 316, a material valued for its exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, commonly used in demanding environments such as submarines and exterior architecture. This makes the piece suitable for both interior and outdoor use.

The form is deliberately minimal: a precisely welded steel box refined with a brushed finish that enhances the material’s natural clarity. A functional cut-out within the structure allows for comfortable leg positioning while seated, reinforcing the principle that function defines form.

Subtle details elevate the object’s usability. Felt padding at the base protects surfaces and allows the stool to be moved effortlessly, despite its solid construction.
